Stagnated water odor on the ground floor.

Such a good small place to stay, handy location, extremely helpful staff. Fresh breakfast options with ham and cheese, for example.

I got a romantic room with all amenities. The location was particularly good and stunning, for example, an ornate footbridge was at a walking distance from the hotel.

We stayed in the large apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus living room and kitchen. It is in the building next door to the actual hotel, on the top floor. We were a bit worried after reading a review about the apartment, but I am happy to report that most issues raised in the review were fixed when we were there. We still had to carry our bags up the stairs, but this was something we were used to doing in our trip in Italy. The host was very friendly and helpful, the apartment was lovely and clean. They had air conditioning, functioning and clean bathrooms, a beautiful rooftop balcony, cable television, and wifi. To top it all off, it was so central and we couldn't have asked for anything better. For those aesthetically inclined, I'm happy to report that it was beautifully decorated with an authentic feel. You could easily imagine what it is like living as a local in Venice.
100% Recommend this hotel.

Location was excelent in a walk distance of everything. Ernesto and Dario were really nice and solicitous. The bathroom was brand new and modern. The breakfast is offered in your room.
The address is very hard to find. The street is very small and it's not shown on most of maps in Venice. My wife and me spent 30 minutes asking informations to everybody and nobody knew about the street. The way I found it was talking to the reception of a Best Western Hotel who kindly looked for the B&B in the google maps. I recommend the B&B show his address this way int Booked.net website: Reference point: Crossing Calle Scuola Dei Fabbri and parallel to Calle Grigolini.

Staff was friendly, although they didn't speak English. Breakfast in the room seems nice, but was a necessity as they do not have a breakfast room. Airco worked well (although the staff turned it off once we left the building, so the room was tropical when we got back). The location is perfect for those who want to be close to La Rialto and San Marco. Great ice cream shop Venchi around the corner.
If you are claustrofobic, don't go here; never had such small room in my life; sitting on the toilet was impossible without being with your head above the sink, and trying to dry yourself lead to brushed elbows and hands. The staff didn't speak English (the one guy was wishing us goodmorning at 7.30pm but didn't understand our explanation that it had to be goodevening). The 'free wifi' didn't work three out of four days and they made us believe there was a virus (each time, sure) that had affected all hotels. Re breakfast: you couldn't chose and the prepacked cakes and toast was not really our style. We had no natural sunlight in our room due to the proximity of the next building.

Plus, the location is marvellous and fantastic, minutes from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. It is nestled in a great area close enough to Italy and the tourist spots.

I had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in Venice. The room was beautifully decorated, giving me a sense of opulence from the past. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the best I've had during my entire trip in Europe. The bathroom was clean and the wifi worked perfectly. Breakfast was served in my room, and it was a delicious way to start the day. The hotel's location was excellent, making it easy to explore the enchanting streets of Venice. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in the city.

We had an amazing stay at this budget-friendly B&B. The location couldn't be better - it was right in the heart of the city, close to the water bus and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The room was cozy and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast served in our room each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. the view from our window was breathtaking, showcasing the charm of the city.
There were a few noisy nights due to the alley location, but overall it didn't overshadow the wonderful experience we had at this B&B.
